Click a thumbnail to view the full size image.

When the full size image appears, you can save it by right-clicking it and choosing 'Save Picture As...' from the menu that appears.

Mac users: Ctrl-click the image and choose 'Save Image To Desktop' or simply drag the image to your desktop.

Alternatively, just right-click (Mac: ctrl-click) the thumbnails and choose 'Save Link As...', 'Save Target As...' or 'Save Linked File To Desktop' to save the full-size image to your computer.
