The Beef Report Online

The EU has provided assistance to undertake an information campaign on beef, promoting its nutritional benefits. This gave Meat and Education an opportunity to work with a group of GCSE Food Technology students to produce Meat Video Magazine 9, and this accompanying website designed for young people.
